Lorie greeted us and we quickly realized that we were in good hands. Lorie’s patience, professionalism and knowledge made our shopping experience a pleasant & productive one. Lorie saw to every detail - from coming to our house with samples so that we could choose materials & colours to best suit our rooms/windows, to taking first measurements to ensure that the window dressing styles were available for our windows, to scheduling the installer (Mike) to take final measurements. The installation by Mike was completed in a neat, timely and professional manner. He also took the time to explain how to work the various types of operational systems of the blinds - which we greatly appreciated. We are absolutely delighted with the blinds we chose. They add warmth and a functional decorative element that complement each room that the windowing dressings have been added to! A heartfelt thanks to Lorie and Mike - we truly appreciated their help! Even though we did not purchase anything at this store today, I asked Lorie if a shutter magnet could fail over time. She said yes, and I told her we purchased the shutters in question elsewhere. Lo and behold, she comes out of the back room with a pair of brand new shutter magnets, and hardware free of charge!! What great Customer Service!! I will definitely shop there in the future.

Sunshades and Lorie were a pleasure to deal with. Lorie came promptly with samples and Roman shades and curtains were chosen and delivered on time. I absolutely love the Roman shades and blackout curtains. They are gorgeous.

Fantastic service from Diane in the store and Gail who came to my home and helped me with choosing the perfect window and door covering. Installation was done on time and the entire process was so professional and everyone involved were just so amazing. Thanks all for helping my newly installed windows look the best!
