I can’t say enough good things about Charlene at Sun Shades Window Fashions on Yonge Street in Aurora. The California shutters in my condo have been here since I moved in in 2019, and over the years the small connectors (cufflinks) became brittle and started breaking off, leaving my slats going every which way. I called Charlene yesterday, and she was so patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to troubleshoot the problem and figure out exactly which pieces I needed. She had them in stock, and when I went to pick them up, she didn’t even charge me! With the new connectors and a couple of helpful YouTube videos, I was able to fix the shutters myself, and they’re now working like a charm. It’s so nice to get this kind of helpful, personal service. I really appreciate Charlene going out of her way to help me. I highly recommend her and Sun Shades, and I’ll definitely be back when I have any future window-covering needs. I’m always happy to support a great local business!
