I have been with Blind Magic now for many many years. Just recently I needed a repair on the blind because the strings broke. Not sure what would happen, I went back to Blind Magic. Wow! Talk about customer service.... Lizzie was an absolutely pleasure to work with. She really understands her product. Right down to reminding me to get the correct measurement so when the blind retracts down it doesn't hit the floor. A special shout out to Dave for looking after us as well. Love this team. Very good product quality and very good service.

Excellent service and quality workmanship. I needed my custom auto-retract venetian blinds trimmed to fit a new window install. They did a near-perfect job, with one exception. The bottom rail end caps didn't fit correctly because the measurements were slightly off. I had to trim an additional quarter inch off the bottom rail to get the caps to lock properly into the window frame side clips. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the work. Previously, I had a blind trimmed at a Hunter-Douglas approved warranty shop, and the experience was bad. I had to bring it back twice for additional trimming and adjustments. I suspect something got damaged during the repair, and it never worked properly after that. Eventually it failed completely, and I had to replace it.

We have had our blinds for over 20 years, and have needed minimal service. Today I needed a spare part for the valance. Not only were they able to find it for me immediately, but they took the time to properly show me how to install it, and walked me through any potential hiccups. I appreciated the hands on demonstration!!
